Dental Symphony requires only a dependable, high-speed Internet connection to be available. It provides security, “invisible’ backup services, and 24/7 availability. Since our applications are hosted on redundant servers, no hardware crash will erase your data. Our applications are available wherever you've got an Internet connection.

HOW SECURE ARE MY RECORDS?

Security: Dental Symphony is securely hosted on commercial-grade servers. Data is encrypted as it moves back and forth by a Thawte® Secured SSL Certificate using SHA-256 signature hash algorithm. Thawte is a leading world provider of data-transmission security.​

The advantages to you: Your patient records are safer and more secure in Dental Symphony than they are sitting in manila folders on a shelf in your office. They won't get lost, stolen, or burned in a fire. Improper access to your patient records is much more difficult.

All information is encrypted and HIPAA compliant.

HOW DO MODULES WORK WITH MY PRACTICE MANAGEMENT APPLICATION?

​ePatient complement​s​ it​ and support​s​ your clinical activity. ​It do​es​ not handle insurance verification, account management, or scheduling.​ It focuses on patient registration, pre-clinical analysis of patients, and clinical record keeping.​

ePatient integrates or is compatible with all major practice management applications. Current integrating systems are Dentrix (11, G4, G5, G6).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SET UP?

Beginning your subscription to Dental Symphony is simple. We recommend scheduling an online demonstration that takes about 30 minutes.

Creating your account and completing the Quickstart can be done in 15 minutes. We will complete any customization of forms and office policies as soon as possible after confirming the changes.

Installation of the Dentrix G5 Menu can take 1-3 hours of remote access depending on the number of computers. Occasionally a computer requires additional time due to configuration issues.
